PreachSermon Compatibility: iPad Recommended / iPhone (works, not fully optimized). Minimum iOS 17.6. Mac Not Supported.

Please include:

App name & Version / Build.

Your Device Model and OS/iOS Version (example: iPad Pro 12.9 iOS 26.5).

Screenshots or video of the problem.

Detailed description of what you were doing / attempting to do when the problem occurred.

Troubleshoot: 

• App launches to a blank screen:
• Check for the upper menu bar. Did you create or import a new sermon yet?
• Text not showing after importing/ creating a new sermon.
• Tap your sermon title to go into Text Editor Mode. 
• The text isn't full screen:
• Tap the big green "Preach" button.
• The Control Strip with the speed / size / spacing, etc. disappeared:
• Tap Hold (keep your finger) anywhere on the screen for 3 or 4 seconds. 
• Can't get out of Preach Mode:
• Tap to stop autoscroll. Tap the < Chevron symbol in the upper left corner to go back to Text Editor Mode.

                   OR

• Hold your finger on the screen for 3-4 seconds until the Control Strip shows. The < Chevron symbol in the upper left corner will reappear. Tap it to go back to Text Editor Mode. 
• Can't find the Sermon List view:
• Sermon List view is accessible from the Text Editor Mode. In Text Editor Mode, tap the < Chevron symbol in the upper left corner.
